"The vending machine principal"
I call this "The vending machine principal" where lowing taxes will increase tax revenue due to the fact more people will be able to pay taxes...

You have a bag of candy with 30 pieces of candy in it, if your a liberal nut you will try to sell the whole bag for $5... this means that only those with $5 to spend will even think of buying the bag... if we open the bag and sell each piece for .25 cents... there will be far more people who can buy at .25 cents, than at $5... 30 pieces x .25 cents is far more than $5... that is the "vending machine" principal and why lowering taxes will increase tax revenue.
